The 2023 National Conference trip was a huge success and now we're getting ready for the 2024 41st annual National Conference! 


NATIONAL CONFERENCE

Every year a National CEO Club conference takes place and brings together chapters from around the nation. This year, the event will be hosted completely virtual! The conference is a great opportunity to learn from industry experts, network with other business and student professionals, as well as practice your pitching skills. 

The GVSU chapter of CEO Club was presented with the highest award for Entrepreneurial Action, largely due to the various projects our group champions. Overview:

Did you know, CEO Club isn’t unique to Grand Valley? In fact, there are over 250 chapters representing all 50 states along with many countries! Each year, students from all of the individual chapters gather at a national conference to exchange ideas, get inspired and learn from business leaders. As a member of the GVSU CEO Club, you have the opportunity to attend this exciting event!

Each year, CEO hosts an informative, action packed global conference that attracts nearly 1,000 collegiate students from around the World. During the three-day conference, attendees network with other entrepreneurial-minded students and listen to presentations from seasoned entrepreneurs, subject matter experts, motivational speakers and fellow students who are making the transition from dreamers to doers.

The 2024 National CEO Conference dates are November 2nd-4th at the moment. Combined with travel dates are November 1st-5th. Here is more information if you would like to read more.

Tampa, Florida

2024 Annual Global Conference

 

Agenda: 

The conference begins on November 2nd and ends November 4th. Due to the travel time, we will be leaving for Florida on November 1st, and returning November 5th. The full agenda is here.

Expenses: 

Limited seats are available and will be distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Each attendee will be required to pay a certain amount to help cover the costs associated with the conference. Payment will be due by October 20th and can be submitted in cash, Venmo, PayPal or check form. All checks must be made payable to the GVSU Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization. You may submit your payment directly to a leader during a CEO Club meeting, or drop it off at the Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation anytime before the deadline. Please note: seats are limited and will only be guaranteed through payment. Spots will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis!  

Paperwork: 

IN ADDITION TO PAYMENT, all students interested in attending MUST submit a Behavioral Contract and a Travel Release Statement BEFORE they leave for the conference. Both forms can be found easily on LakerLink via the search bar. Please print off proof of completion and submit with your payment. To print your completed forms: go to orgsync.com/my/submissions, select the proper form, and click the 'print' button located on the righthand sidebar.
